In 2025 year we develop the new type machine with higher cutting ability to cut the thick metal.Max cutting thickness can be 150mm, 200mm and 300mm.The table size we can make is 3000mm*4000mm, 3000mm*6000mm, and we match with the ultra high pressure intensifier pump with max 500Mpa-600Mpa pressure, which has stronger cutting ability to cut those metals.

1. Pressure increase. When cutting 300mm low carbon steel, the cutting speed can stably reach 3mm/min. This can improve production efficiency, reduce processing time, and complete more cutting tasks in a shorter time.
2. The double-beam double-cutter head structure can realize synchronous symmetrical processing of two cutter heads for some parts that need symmetrical processing, ensuring the symmetry and consistency of the processed parts. It can significantly shorten the processing time and improve the overall production efficiency. The cutting time of the same workpiece is 50% (enhanced version)
