Product instruction 

Where the normal axis on a water jet are named X (back/forth), Y (left/right) and Z (up/down), a 5-axis system will add an additional A-axis (angle from perpendicular) and C-axis (rotation around the Z-axis).


AC five axis water jet cutting head is the high level component in water jet, there are two main functions for AC five axis cutting
1.Tilt angle cut
It can be used for the lead angle,counter bore,welding groove, and it can be used for flat plate cutting,especially for thick materials  

2.Taper compensation

5-axis will allow you to compensate for the taper of the water jet, which you will be able to cut the part while maintaining the geometric accuracy.
